Braxton Park is a 193-unit townhome community with a private pool, located in Campbell County off of Timberlake Road. Each townhome is privately owned. This site is a resource for the owners and residents of the community. Please check this site for notices regarding Board meetings, important announcements for the community, such as weather-related notices, pool notices/forms, grounds treatments, etc... The site will also provide owners access to the community's governing documents, forms and meeting minutes. Welcome to Braxton Park!

As an owner in Braxton Park POA, If you rent your home, you are obligated to provide the name and contact information of the tenants and/or Property Management Company you use along with a copy of the current lease agreement in place, annually. Please complete the forms in the Leasing Packet and return to management at: astclair@hallassociatesinc.com. The rest of the packet includes the governing documents of Braxton Park POA and should be provided to your tenants.

Also, please note that no short-term rentals are allowed in Braxton Park POA. This includes Airbnb, Vrbo, etc. All leases must be a minimum of twelve (12) months.

The Association's Board of Directors strives to maintain the highest living standards for all residents of the Braxton Park Community. Please reach out to management with any questions or concerns.
